FAQ

Find answers to your questions below. If you are unable find the answer here, head to my enquiries page and send it through an email.

It’s best to order well in advance (2-3 weeks is ideal). However, it is understandable that unplanned events can happen. Always send through an enquiry and I can let you know if I am booked out or not. I take orders few weeks in advance, making exceptions for weddings.

To place an order for a traditional polish cake/ doughnuts please fill in my Enquiries/Order Now form. I will get back to you as soon as I can however this can take up to 2-3 days.

I would recommend to pop it in the fridge as soon as you return home from picking up your cake. Especially cakes with cream, cheese and buttercream. The fridge helps to retain the cake’s moisture as well as stop the cake from melting. Once cut, traditional cakes and cupcakes can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, vegan cakes up to 7 days and gluten free cakes, I suggest storing in the freezer after your event due to the gluten free flours used. I always bake fresh to order so if you wish to do so it can last weeks. All my products can be frozen.

Always specify when ordering. I am offering vegan/gluten free/lactose free options so we can definitely find something for you. However, whilst I am fully licensed and insured, my baking is done at a commercial kitchen fully approved by Brisbane City Council and this kitchen is used by other businesses.

That depends on your location. When ordering, please let me know of the event/home location and I can answer accordingly. Most orders are picked up from my home in the Sunnybank area. Address given after full payment has been made.
